Brief: Transform a tired office building into a fresh modern workplace.
The client is an established talent agency with a celebrity client list who wanted an office space that would create a fantastic experience for clients and employees.
We transformed the old unused reception into an open cafe space where guests and team members can mingle, make coffee and have break out meetings.
We connected the boardroom and garage to this central space to create the opportunity to host parties and large events, while also including sliding wall systems to allow them to be used as meeting rooms at other times.
Upstairs we maximised the circulation space by introducing bespoke circular desks suspended from columns. This created leg free desks and plenty of room for break out spaces and storage.
Natural, sustainable self-finishing materials were used throughout to create a bright, calm and timeless feel that will last for many years.
