Brief: Use architecture and design to drive cultural change in the client’s organisation and create a place where the team want to be.
After enforced periods working from home during covid our client wanted to reward their team by creating a place where they looked forward to coming.
We worked to understand from the team what the pain points were with their current offer and worked with the leadership team to understand what the strategic direction for the business was.
The result is a first class office space with the full range of environments to meet their diverse needs, from a technology-driven 40 person meeting room where the global board can meet, through to a PlayStation 5 on a 100’’ TV where people can play FIFA while waiting for a deal to complete.
Perching desks in window bays, break out spaces and collaboration tables, games areas and private booths for focused working means people have a range of environments to choose from.
