We are delighted to announce that Able Partners has been appointed to deliver an exciting £3.5m refurbishment project in Bloomsbury.

The project involves extensive work across the third, fourth, and fifth floors, transforming these spaces into a modern, functional, and inspiring environment. In addition, the attic will undergo significant upgrades, including flooring extensions, roof reinstatement, and the installation of structural steel and decking to support a new plant area.
