We begin by collaborating with you to develop a detailed brief, conducting feasibility studies, and thoroughly researching the site. Using this groundwork, we craft the architectural concept, employing a variety of tools to visualize spaces, layouts, materials, and construction strategies. Throughout this phase, we align your vision with your budget and timeline to ensure a clear and achievable pathway forward.
In parallel, we manage planning applications, working with other project consultants to navigate regulatory.

At Stage 4, we prepare a complete set of tender information, including detailed drawings, a 3D BIM model, design reports, specifications, and schedules for finishes and materials. This ensures contractors have all the tools they need to bid accurately and deliver successfully.
