At Able Partners, we are proud to participate in the RIBA Mentoring Programme, supporting the development of future architects. As part of International Mentoring Week, we welcomed another group of fantastic students into our practice.

During their visit, we offered them an in-depth look at the work we do, showcasing a selection of our current office design, fit-out, and refurbishment projects. From initial concept sketches to final delivery, the students gained valuable insights into the creative and technical processes that bring our projects to life.

We also took time to share our experiences, discuss industry challenges, and inspire them about the opportunities within the architecture profession. It’s always rewarding to witness the enthusiasm and curiosity of the next generation.

Mentoring is a cornerstone of our commitment to fostering talent and supporting diversity in architecture, and we’re excited to see where these aspiring architects’ journeys take them!
