Brief: This major project by Oxford properties is turning the already impressive Victoria House in central London into a world class laboratory building to cater for the growing life science sector in central London.

Faced with multiple complex construction challenges, Wates Construction came to us asking for specialist design advice. We joined the Wates team as specialist delivery architects, designing multiple packages including the roof, drylining, WC's and CAT B fit out. We stayed on site with the contractors acting as architectural 'trouble shooters' overcoming challenges before they impacted program.
