Most of our work involves the reimagining of existing buildings - turning them into energy efficient, flexible, modern spaces that delight the users and inspire the wider community.
We approach each project with an open mind and work closely with the client and other stakeholders to understand what can and should be acheived from the project.

Concept Design
During RIBA stages 0-2 we work with the client to develop the brief, undertake feasibility studies and research the site.
We then develop the architectural concept using a range of tools to describe the spaces, layouts, materials and construction strategies for the projects, working with the client to align the vision with the budget and programme.
We prepare and submit any necessary planning applications in conjunction with other consultants contributing to the project.
